Welcome to the Boditone taster video collection. Our aim is to give you a flavour of the workouts in our members area before you join the tribe. You can choose your workouts based on your current level of fitness and activity, the kind of exercise you enjoy doing, and the goals you have for your body. Our videos come in levels 1 - 3, with 1 being the easiest. Plus, if you're just starting out there's a beginners bootcamp, guiding you through 8 weeks of fitness routines.
