I tried a gym, and it didn’t work out for me - why will this be different?
A gym isn’t for everyone. You have to travel there for starters which can seem like a lot of effort and often puts people off using their membership as much as they’d planned. And maybe once you were in there, you weren’t really sure what you were doing? Which weights? How many reps? Did you know how to work out effectively to get the results you are hoping for?
Boditone is available on demand, any time of day or night, in your home (or wherever you have an Internet connection). You don’t need to travel, or get childcare. There’s no set class start time you need to rush to meet.
And because you have the support of qualified, experienced fitness instructors, you can create a workout plan that delivers the results you want as efficiently as possible.
I'm new to fitness, will I be able to manage the workouts?
Rest assured, we believe in encouraging everyone to take part in fitness, no matter what level they are at. We have produced a Beginners Bootcamp programme to start you on the right path.
Are you qualified to deliver these workouts?
Good question, and we’re glad you are sensible enough to ask. The answer is ‘heck yes’.
Sarah has a sports science degree, runs her own kickboxing gym and works as a fitness instructor and a personal trainer. We’ve put her in charge of workout design and delivery.
How often should I work out
Our unique programme allows you the freedom to choose your workouts to suit your lifestyle. It’s flexible, if you only have time for ten minutes that’s fine but if you can do more, that even better. We do encourage you to have two rest days a week, to allow your muscles to recover, on these days we would still encourage you to move, that could be walking to work, or running around after the kids. We really believe that keeping yourself actively moving during the day goes a long way to help you stay fit and healthy.
What equipment do I need?
We believe that the best results are achieved by using kettlebells/dumbells and your own bodyweight.
What if I don’t like it? What if I can’t do the workouts? What if they’re too easy?
New experiences are often riddled with ‘what ifs’. If you join Boditone, then decide it’s not for you, you can cancel at any time via email: email@example.com. But, if you do have any problems we would love for you to email us or contact us via the online members area. We are real humans not a faceless corporation, and we want you to be happy. We have created Boditone as a way for people of all ages and abilities to access instructor-led workouts on-demand, in their own home. We’ve tested the workouts (on real people, not just fitness-fiend Sarah) and we’ve tried to create a collection of videos suitable for our audience. If you feel there’s something missing, or you need more support, we want you to tell us about it
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by PayPal but you don't need a PayPal account to make a payment, you can just pay using a credit or debit card via the PayPal system. Once you make the initial payment, your monthly membership payments are automatically set-up. You don’t need to do anything else to enjoy continuing access to the Boditone members’ site and community.
What are the costs involved?
For founder members the cost is just £5.95 per calendar month.
Are there any restrictions to using the site?
You must be aged 18 years and over to become a member of our site and because we really care about our members, if you do have any doubt about your health or are pregnant, please read our medical policy.

Can I join from outside the U.K?
That’s great, at Boditone we would love you to be part of the tribe. We would however like to make you aware that we only accept payment in U.K sterling.
How can I access the members area?
You can access the members area as soon as you have signed up and completed the payment process for the Boditone membership. Our members area is a place for support and encouragement, where you can ask the Tribe leaders any questions using the comments functionality at the bottom of each workout page.
