BodiBox is a boxing style cardio and strength routine which delivers a huge calorie burn, great for your core strength, whilst giving you a full body workout.

Bodibox uses both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems which will improve metabolism, lean muscle mass, endurance, strength and tolerance to withstand fatigue.

Don’t worry you don’t have to be experienced in boxing or martial arts to take part in Bodibox.

We have included within the members area free tutorials to cover all the basic moves that you will need.Bodibox is the most empowering workout you will do, if your having a tough day you should try this, you won’t beat it as a stress reliever.
