These routines are essential in your weekly routine to target unwanted back fat and bingo wings.

Traditionally women have tended to steer clear of weights and resistance exercises, or may think that doing the odd bicep curl will give them the toned physique they are aiming for. Unfortunately this won’t work.

In order to achieve the best aesthetic benefits it is essential that all the muscle groups in the upperbody are targeted to increase lean muscle mass. This will also help offset muscle loss that occurs as we age.

Don’t worry we won’t make you ‘bulk’ up. Our Upperbodi resistance workouts are designed to include the back, chest, biceps and triceps to help build lean muscle, slim your arms, sculpt your shoulders, enhance your shape, creating a lean and feminine look.
